I like B5, DS-9, Picket Fences, NYPD Blue, and Brisco County is a good spoof. Part of the reason is that, aside from those, there is nothing else on. Even an unusual bit of quartz is a find in a mountain of ordinary sand. And I am leaving the TV off, more than in the past. I tried watching Next Generation and thought I was watching the same script as an original Star Trek, just different faces.
