#ASOFT policy
I'm inquiring where I can obtain either a copy of or a text file of
Autodesk's official ASOFT policies. I recently fell astray of
Autodesk thread police when I responded to an inquiry for help. My
response to offer assistance and the inquiry for help were somewhat
unceremoniously removed from the forum. A firm the size of Autodesk
must have a policy on issues like this. Not to have a policy could
land them in hot water. ASOFT has been promoted through published
and electronic means as an official part of Autodesk's support
policies. To arbitrarily and capriciously remove someone's ability
to ask and receive the free flow of ideas advertised to them before
purchase could be considered a breech of their purchase agreement and
all that that entails.
I would also like a detailed explanation as to why my message was
removed.
