It has been said that some 3.1 systems have been released in Canada (likely
with the 4000T), but I can't confirm it.
The 3.1 systems are (were?) of some interest, since they are intended to work
with all platforms. I had been hanging back on an upgrade from 1.3 to 2.1 in
case 3.1 became available, saving me a stage.
Commodore's hope was that, with 3.1, we'd all be back on the same operating
system. Wonder if it will ever happen now?
