Erik, I will upload a scene you can all use with objects included in Lightwave, and indicate the surface attributes used. That way we can see how well the Raptor does in comparison to you accelerated machine. Look for it hopefully by this Sunday at the latest. I will include a note on my rendering time. Thanks for the info on the 040, all this time I though it was humming along at 40Mhz. Gee I guess now I know why the Warp engine is out there! Adib
