George, To access CIS using Autopilot & connecting via the Mercury 5000 service you need to set up a Before script.This script tells Mercury 5000 that you wish to use CIS. From a shell type the following:- Run ed ap:Before1 This will take you into the text editor where you can write the script to tell Mercury 5000 to access CIS. Then type the following:- ||||||~~,,ukcns|~?H~cis| then save this to your AP directory by pressing your right mouse button & from the project window select save. Now go into Autopilot & in the setup screen make sure that the Mercury 5000 phone number is the first number out of the three that AP will try. Dial out & all being well you should be able to use CIS on Mercury 5000. Try this & let me know how you get on.
