The answer depends on which fax switch you got and how you are using everything. If you are accepting incomming faxes only (all data calls are outgoing), you probably just hook it up to the fax. If you are accepting incomming data and fax calls, GPFax should be able to distinguish without the fax switch on most modems. — Dale L. Larson, Intangible Assets Manufacturing
