Dave, Your monitor is coming unlocked (and whining) when those horizontal lines
appear. The big question is why this is happening. When does it happen? When
you're running Toaster? What kind of monitor are you using? A single-scan,
fixed-frequency unit? Or a multi-scan unit?
For whatever reason, the H sync is going away or getting wimpy on you.
