Thomas – I spoke with someone else suggesting I contact the City Engineer's Office for Boston. I'll give that a shot. I still need to find out an appropriate scale not being familiar with those used for topographic maps. I want enough detail to recognize hills, rivers, harbours, etc but not so much that I can't render it. Maybe a simplified mesh with a detailed texture/bump map will do. Thanks for the help. Larry
