Do you really think the courts could handle the concept of "libel in cyberspace"? I do not think that the threat of a libel suit has ever motivated thread removal. Sysops move threads for much less dramatic reasons, like someone using the "f" word, because this is a Family Place. Apparently, they don't know the family in my apartment complex who always leaves windows open. 🙂
