Glenn,
This is VERY weird. I don't see how the setcpu would have anything to do
with the playback as I thought all that timing was on the SunRize card and
as long as its buffers were filled by the Amiga fast enough, it would
"keep up" with the SMPTE.
I never used big blocks. I have a suspicion of everything that messes
with the standard HD set-up. In fact, I bought GigaMem and have decided
not to install it until I have a Loooong break between paying customers.
It looks like it has the potential to be a real problem maker.
I hope to have some "play time" in a few weeks. I might try a long run
insert recording the LTC and Studio16 window dub on a VITC striped tape
just to see what happens.
