PMFJI, but I would _very_ much like to see what kind of base machine you were using to get these dramatic Raptor rendering times. Were you _actually_ using a 68040 processor clocked at 25MHz or higher? How much RAM did you have? Etc? Frankly, I have _NEVER_ seen _any_ claims to speed improvements like you are citing. If you were using a 4000/030, I might expect to see an improvement like that, but any self-respecting 25MHz 040 _should_ run at about 1/11th the speed of a Raptor. If you would be willing to upload your scene file (and attendant object/images), I would gladly render it on several 040 machines of known performance. Please don't take offense at my questions.
