MM: Does anyone know a program that interlaces the display BUT also
MM: doublesthe lines to give a solid looking display? DoubleX is for
MM: the A4000, butthere is one out there like DoubleX that is for
MM: A500-A2500 machines.
I've been using TWO of them. The first is "Lace_ms", which I found on
a local BBS a couple of years ago. Lace, works fine under AmigaDOS 1.3,
but I can't get it to turn off under 2.04.
The other is "LacePointer" which is only for 2.x. LacePointer is meant
to interlace the pointer making it half size, but a side effect is that
it converts non-interlaced screens into interlaced screens.
Both cause the screens to "line-double", interlacing the screen but
leaving the display at the same aspect ratio (80×25 characters).
