Kevin, thank you for the number. I will give them a call. Hmmmm, and here
I've been going in and doing a *.* delete of Windows — on the other hand
that seems to work. I too now have Word working properly. For now, anyway.
My problem, or part of it, is trying to do things like add 386 Max,
Winmaster, PowerPak, a SCSI card and new Pioneer CD-ROM drive all within a
few days of each other, as well as a bunch of less intensive
software/hardware.
Oh well, back to the old computer — now where did I leave my mallet?
