No. But if you can modify one of the files, try Mark Yankee's suggestion.
Maybe you can give us more details. I am not clear about
<composing two flics> and <importing 24-bit pictures>.
Do these apply to the same problem? Were the flics created with AniPro?
I've often used a macro to creates a mask for each frame on the fly. If this
applies to your problem, then "Separate" with "Near" might be useful for
creating the mask.
