<Have you thought about writing a book?> Often! And I probably will. But right now, I'm doing tasks that don't commit me for more than 2-3 weeks while I wait for Autodesk's plans to gel. There is some method to my madness though. And, I was going to discuss some of my thoughts with you. Check your E-mail. < I think if AniPro got a little bit of a face lift and a little serious marketing, it would become more popular than ever, especially if it was ported to Windows?> Definitely, it does need 24-bit, Windows, and all that. But AniPro should be much more popular now! Every day I find more things it can do. There does not seem to be an end to the useful ways that tools and inks can be combined (permuted, actually), In the last couple of months I've figured out how (and uploaded samples) to do explosions, smoke, vapor, melted metal, water drops, interlinked spirals, etc. The problem with AniPro is the time that it takes to figure out how to do these things. But once discovered it's easy and quick. I guess I am getting in a soap box, but you started it! I'd like to give you an example. I've been working on a tutorial on how to create animations of one type of linked objects (whips, chains, elephant trunks, tails, etc). Once I explain a small trick: there is almost nothing else to explain. It becomes almost trivial, and too simple to call shareware! Ed K
