Going through the hundreds of pages of 2.1 docs (which I don't have a copy
of) and the 3.1 docs and comparing them for diffences isn't very
practical. Come on!

If you want to know what you are buying, talk to who ever is selling it.
If you depend on the benevolence of people on the net to try to answer
your questions, don't complain when they don't have every detail of every
