David: Unfortunately, I cant run any empirical tests right now, but I'll toss out a hypothesis. If I understand what you're doing correctly, you are asking X Wave 1 and X Wave 2 to behave identically given an identical set of parameters. Mirage *may* not work this way; there are random factors in use within the software, though it is never explained how. My guess is that the two wave sets are specifically designed to NOT behave identically. A possible alternate approach: perhaps if the wave sets do not behave similarly, they are at least internally consistent. Given a consistent random number seed, perhaps you can set up two instances of Mirage abutted in Video Post over your fade, and just use X Wave 1. Martin
