Ben, I know we've been here before, but I bought and installed WP on my 2000 as soon as I got it. It's never trashed my HD, it's always behave very well, the upgrade information was sent to me without my asking for it and subsequently installed with no problems. I still use it on a day to day basis, although most of my work is now carried out on PPage/AE. The people at WP in the U.K. are friendly and helpful, at least they were the last time I needed to ring them which was two years ago. Given that you can now buy WP for the Amiga in this country for around $100, I don't think that's too much to pay . I'm sorry you've had such a bad experience with WP, but it works just fine for me too. John.
