I think the credits said Montreal. I've never been to Newark, but I spent an evening across the river from NY city in New Jersey about a year ago and I have to say Tijuana looked cleaner and in better condition. We were walking along an overpass and came to this gaping hole in the sidewalk with rebar sticking out of it. No signs or any warning it was there. We only spotted it because there was some light coming up from underneath. I know not all of NJ is like this,but sheesh.
