you'll probably get some replies to this from people who know more
about it than i do, but i know of two or three firms which specialize
in that field. i believe one of them is working on the o.j. simpson
case, and i believe they are out of phoenix, arizona. they gave a
talk at the 3d studio users group which i am a member of, but
unfortunately i missed that meeting. if you would like to get in
touch with the leader of the group who might n\know the name of the
firm his name is Bob Weil, and you can call (714) 843-2048 to get his
number (that is the general number for the orange coast ibm/pc user
group. good luck…. i think it would be an interesting field also.
there are some very good mesh figures of humans which can be
purchased for use in forensic animations. it would be good to get
some experience in learning to animate them.
