Regarding Win NT,
According to Till Kruger (Beta Site) he's running NT 3.51 no problem.
You have to change the properties on the Animator Studio icon, so that it runs
animator.exe instead of flash.exe.
Microsoft will be shipping NT 3.51 this week.
