I'm in Canada too so I hope someday I'll get something in the mail regarding this. I have phoned them, and they told me to contact the local dealer. In typical brain dead Adesk fashion they didn't even know the dealer was out of business. Nobody at Adesk will answer the one pertinent question. Why bother sending in Registration forms if they don't use them to contact you when they upgrade a product? I also hear that this is supposedly to be considered a 1.0 product. If everyone decided that porting a product to Windows constituted resetting the counter to 1.0 then we'd have Word for Windows 1.0. not 6.0.
