Sorry but I'm very good friends with my dealer, just to tell you they are as mad on Sony as I am and I guess they will not sell there products anymore, they have been inquiring with Fujitsu for MO's although they have no representation in Belgium. Just to show my dealer is OK, I had a motherboard failure recently on an Olivetti machine, one year out of warranty he pressed Olivetti to give me the new motherboard as if it was under warranty, and they did, of course trouble is he sells a lot of Olivetti PC's, and only a few sony machines, meaning he is a spowerless over tem as I am. My dealer the meantime. The real problem is Sony's attitude, SELL as if its a great quality product, HOWEVER they forget the last implies good customer service and good technical support. I have had contact with people from JVC looking at the video side, and they are certazinly much more helpful, I was looking for a end of series Component IN Monitor doing all formats, because I needed one, but did not want to pay a new one, tried Sony and JVC, after 2.5 months Someone from JVC personally called to say two ammer and no technician but I'm certainly not a beginner and an experienced user, I mostly track down the problems my self, and nearly always succeed, but sometimes one needs that extra hand,. Well I posted a message in another forum, and giot similar responses from 3 different countries, Sony seems to be the same everywhere. Christophe Van Oyen BTW what do you do, where are you in Germany
