#PAR errors
It sounds like you've got some problems with the PAR board. The "Super 8 Timed
Out" message is given out by the PARINIT program while loading the microcode
from your computer up to the PAR (Super 8 is the CPU used in the PAR). I don't
know what that error (56) means. You'd be better off asking the DPS folks. The
fact you're getting corrupted frames make this case even stronger. I have not
seen any of the problems you mentioned while using the other PAR utilities.
Check with the DPS folks about the error "56" and let's take it from there.
