Mei-Tien,
What kind of 486 do you have. I have seen this on machines that are less than
the minimum 66 Megahertz machines, which is why we don't recommend using this
on 486 50 or 33. This includes chip doubled machines that aren't true 66 or
higher.
Recommendations – Use smaller brush, or buy a faster machine.
It works great on a pentium 90.
If you are running on a 486-66, we want to know more.
Please post all excruciating details as to your system.
