The only tool I have found to compress MPEG is CMPEG which converts
individual TGA files to MPEG. <<
another option.. try WINMM (Windows Multimedia forum)… enter a
Library, Browse using keyword MPEG… i saw VFD.ZIP and MPEGED.ZIP
there… see if these help out.

then tried it and it worked, however, I wasn't happy with the aspect
ration, so I changed the size from 320X200 to 320X240 and saved the
TGAs (took up 120Meg by the way). CMPEG created a corrupt MPEG. <<
sound like it was expressely written for 320×200 mode. please let me
know if you do find either of the above utilities helpful.
