I seem to run into problems keeping symmetry between vertices left to right.
If you are lucky with the snap you can hit the midpoint of the arc, delete 1/2
and mirror the balance.
I've used autocad since 2.6 so the shaper tools still seem ….
Another question if you don't mind:
I reread your section in 'special effects' and you suggest doing something
the same as I had planed to do. Loft all the molding with some extra vertices
where you want to cut for doors.
How do you rebuild the ends to close the molding? Just lots of face building?
