I understand your point ie. Windows vs DOS speed. I also consider the stability of the card in point. For example, the ATI MAch 64 card has great DOS benchmarks I wouldn't own one simply because ATI is in the habit of releasing buggy drivers and setup is a pain to boot and the performance difference while a tad better than that of the Orchid PCI 64 4mg or the Stealth 64 4mg the difference doesn't warrant the hastle. That is if ATI saves you a few nanoseconds but it takes hours of hassles then are we really saving any time ? Jim, No Bones Productions, ATL, GA
