#PAR-Razor RAM

Your help again. I am having memory problems loading 30 second PAR
clips with 6 minutes worth of music WAV file. I have only 24 MB RAM on this
Pentium 90. Do I need more RAM or is it just not being assigned properly?
What precisely do I need to change in order to work with massive clips–as
in 3-5minutes worth at a time. Presently I can work with only about one 30
secind clip with the underlying 6minutes of music (which is only at 22khz.

(This is a 40 minute animation program for kiddies so it is enough of a
nightmare tracking frames as it is.) I could do it the hard way but I'd rather
find a fix.
