In terms of cost… Despite the fact that we are a very large National Firm, our *office* has projects which are generally in the 4-10million dollar range. There *is* the opportunity to find the cash to support 3DS in Presentation work, but not enough for Design work (we always seem to be very tight in Schematic Design). I just wish this could all become more integrated to the process, so the cost of producing the model and mapping would become abosrbed in other tasks. We have used it on smaller projects successfully, but it was subsidized by donated time and dipping into marketing budgets. I also can't wait for R5/Windows! We just got a beta Win95 shell that works on NT3.51…. Very slick. And FAST. -Mike.
