Howdy.
If you are using a Targa frame buffer, make sure you don't use the Vibrant
driver labled "Targa (NTSC)"…use the "Targa TMODE" driver instead (of course,
you have to have your Targa stuff installed properly).
I've had nothing but trouble with the built-in NTSC driver….
