#PAR AVI Codec Problem

Well I have the chip on my PAR and get the thumb
nail image and no GPF.. The chip is the only way
for the Par to do an instant video frame translation to windows
that I know of.. My guess is, if you dont have it your Par
wont work with the new drivers.. I think you have diagnosed
your own problem.
