AMuse, the new york city (and outlying suburbs) amiga user group has a new
phone number, and a new meeting schedule and meeting place: The new phone
number is : 212-460-8067 (9AM to 9PM) New meeting time: 7:30 PM, first and
third TUESDAYS of each month. New meeting place: School of Visual Arts, 3rd
floor amphitheatre, 209 East 23St, NY NY. This is a 150 seat amphitheatre,
fully equipped with a sound system and projection TV. Our next meeting will
take place Tuesday, July 15th, at 7:30PM. Representatives from Microsystems
software will be on hand for a talk and demonstration. On a separate note,
AMuse will be producing a half hour tape for broadcast on cable TV public
access, and anywhere else we can place it. This tape will be composed ONLY of
Amiga audio and Video. Anyone with submissions can contact me, Dave Lipshutz
at 212-675-5208 evenings or via EMAIL to 72475,557. AMusic, our own music
SIG, will be handling the sound portion of the tape, while we have obtained
the services of a professional video studio to help with the video aspects of
the project. Once completed, tapes will be available to all interested
parties for rebroadcast for a nominal fee….dave
