Larry : This Tuesday night (july 22) we had our Amiga Developer's meeting. About 30 people showed up. There were 3 guest speakers : Gary Beierne Overture software – finish Musicraft Bob McGualski Anakin Research – Easel graphic tablet Micheal Rosenberg Computer Concepts – MultiUser/tasking software Chris Zamara (Transactor Magazine), Jm Butterfield, Comspec (ram manu) were some of the attendees. There was much interaction among developers with exchange of solutions problems and philosophies. The atmosphere was right. The next meeting is tentatively set for August 26, but I think that it should be pushed to early/middle September. The Amiga developers that I met were a very knowledgable yet approachable type . There was discussion of support that the developers receive from WestChester and CBM-Amiga. In both cases everyone was impressed with the quality and speed of the reponses of these groups. Larry thanx indirectly for the idea to setup a local meeting. Jim Butterfield will be arriving Vancouver Sunday July 27 so you may want to look him up. I guess that even computer (hackers) need culture like EXPO now and again. I know that I would love to travel there to see it ( who knows it may help my performance ) This message just scrolled which means that I have type enough for now. Talk to you more Roy Commodore Canada
