R/S printer

I just bought a R/S Printer model DMP 105. I'm using it with WriteRom and it
works fine EXCEPT that the paper out sensor kills me. IS THERE ANY WAY TO GET
AROUND THIS? Some printers will accept software codes to overide the paper out
sensor. I couldn't find it in the manual.
Can anyone help??
