I will kinda agree with you about the manual construction but not about the way it is written. I read it though once, later double- checked a couple of questions and have not had to refer to it again. I found it consise and to the point. It told me what I needed to know. I also have Genlock and had no problem with cable length. I didn't need the double-stick tape as my case was a press fit into the slot. It stays put, yet removes easily. 3. "Due to a fatal Cltd ENGINEERING ERROR you can only use this SHORT!! custom NON!! standard keyboard cable at the OUT port." Not sure what you mean by this, as it is a "STANDARD" telephone handset modular cable. To double check I just hooked up a Radio Shack cable I had to my TimeSaver. Nothing fried. Everything still worked OK. Fail to see how this constitues a "fatal Cltd ENGINEERING ERROR." They do warn you about hooking it up wrong. That's all that I expect. CONTINUED…PART 2 OF 7…
