Thanks for trying to help. On the in store demo 2000, the cable is attached to the 6-pin din socket. Here are the DIN assignments: 1 – green 2 – Horiz. Sync 3 – Ground 4 – red 5 – blue 6 – vert. sync Is it neccessary to attach both grounds (pins 16 & 17) on the video out port. This may be the problem. The 6-pin is analog. I have attached all appropriate wires except the second ground (pin 17). Do you think this is the problem ??? Thanks, Bob
