David's response is bang on the money. If you have soundscape.library in
your assigned libs: directory, SoundScape WILL load when you call up DMCS.
You either need to reassign LIBS: before startup (tricky), or rename the
library. I have an exec file set up for those rare occasions when I want to
use them together:
RENAME LIBS:SS.LIB LIBS:SOUNDSCAPE.LIBRARY
AUDIO:DMCS/DELUXEMUSIC
RENAME LIBS:SOUNDSCAPE.LIBRARY LIBS:SS.LIB
With this approach, when I just run Deluxe Music, the SoundScape library
won't be found (because it's named SS.LIB) and DMCS runs normally. If I
execute "DMCSSS", they both load up and, after I'm finished, the library gets
put away again.
As David said: if you find a way to turn this feature off without this hoop
jumping, I'd like to hear about it.
