Have you got the right monitor setup in Preferences? Be sure and select
NTSC in the Overscan subdirectory of Preferences. (It sounds like you're
in PAL mode).
I found out what why I was hveing problems with my GPFax, (updates didn't
work properly, and I couldn't find the "Silent Answer" mode). I called
Supra Friday. (BTW their direct line is 1-503-967-2493, for Amiga.) It
took twenty minute on hold, but I finally got through. The problem was
that I was sold the generic version of the GPFax, not the supra version.
What version of GPFax do you own?
