Whap???
It's much more like Navigator than T**CIS (Howard Benner, author of T**CIS
get's 'disturbed' if we say a T**CIS-type program). Whap! has features that
T**CIS doesn't (like being able to setup an upload list and have Whap! do all
the work), and T**CIS has features that Whap! doesn't. Whap! has, for me, a
very user-friendly, Amiga-ized interface.
