The WordPerfect complaints -were- productive, as they are working on an
update to correct what was mentioned.
However, I suspect that a couple of things have slowed them down alot,
including a buggy first release of Library (read AMY REPORT 3 for a Library
review) and other things that I can't mention.
I'm pretty disappointed myself – once a serious problem like a guru or a hard
drive crash is reported, there should be a fix ASAP. I'll see what's up.
