My disappointment has not turned into utter damnation or calling WordPerfect "braindead." Yet. What's particularly frustrating is to see *potentially* brilliant products like WordPerfect and Interceptor come short because of implementation – products with incredible potential. I reached disappointment level when Library was released with significant bugs. (Even though, as I point out in Amy Report 3, it's far superior than the initial release of WP itself.) I then reached a stronger level of disappointment when the "coming" udpate hasn't "come" yet – and the current version has some significant problems also (though I was able to "forgive" them previously because the bugs were recently made known to them.)
