Kurt, An interesting little side note – CIS did a survey when TAPCIS was being used. It was found that programs such as Whap! increased revenue as users would call in more often. In this case, it's a win-win proposition, as the user get's more effecient use of CIS, allowing him to _use_ it effectively, and CIS gets increased revenue due to increased use. Instead of taking a half hour or more to go to the forum, read messages, answer, possibly download a file or whatever which would force the user into budgeting for weekly use, Whap! and its ilk allow _daily_ use, cutting down session time to the bare minimum. Both parties win. It also allows those that never even _thought_ of using the message base a _VERY_ effective and cheap method to now become active on it. Neat stuff! Doug
