Ben, My needs are lots of medical and medical legal reports and then a growing volume of what are essentially manuals, brochures and of course, tons of correspondence ( lots of single and multi-page letters). Some other reports here indicate that Excellence does not allow multitasking and that crashes are frequent. I'll know for myself soon. Rich
