Rich,
I have had WP since it came out and have received immaculate support from them
at every turn. Support the likes of which I can only imagine on other
products. I repeat, I think your expectations are overblown, given the rate at
which things happen in software developement. I'm sorry you are not happy with
the product, but that doesn't alter the fact that it is fine amd getting better
by the day.
