As a supplement, consider the book titled Architecture by William Spence, also published by Glencoe. The other topics you want to cover are contained in most good drafting texts. Glencoe offers a good one titled Drafting by Paul Wallach. We used it for years at Colorado State University. As for pen width standards, most organizations develop them on their own. Terry
