You'll find that you can do some things you simply could not do before.
(Picking up an entire HiRes screen as a brush in DPaint is one example.) Other
things involving graphics will become easier…an image processor like PIXmate
will choke on systems with external floppy drives when you try playing with
HiRes pictures…one solution is to disconnect those drives…the other
solution is to get an Obese Agnes!
You will also be able to speed up things with the ADDBUFFERS command
without sucking up inordinate amounts of chip RAM. For right now, at least,
Obese Agnes will allow you to do all that memory hogish stuff you couldn't do
before (or couldn't do EASILY).
