While Genlocks are great, If all you want to do is record from the Amiga to
VCR, without any overlays, you might want to look into the C= 520 RGB to
composite adapter. This unit will allow you to record the Amiga's screen
(whatever's on it), but will not allow you to overlay anything. It sells in
the under $100.00 range, and it's quality is much better then the low end
genlocks, 1 person I spoke with said that he thought it looked as nice as
the $600.00 SuperGen's, although I don't know, as I've never compared the
