SV quirks

The stereo picture files used by TS/SV and the Haitex 3D stuff is slightly
different. The Haitex stuff assumes that both images will have the same
palete and ignores the second image's palette. TS/SV allows a different
palette for each image. Use the IVIEW program to view TS/SV stereo images.
