No. One of the clauses to the copyright act specifically talks about
ROM. You may not back it up in any way. You many _only_ transfer its
contents into a computer so that the code may execute. This is the reason
Gadgets by Small, Data Pacific, and ReadySoft get away from being sued by
Apple. They all require you to have original Mac ROMs. The ROM image is
read into RAM. The RAM image is then modified so it will run on the
ST/Amiga.
